Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Ivo Stoev T/A Stoky Shop ("we", "us", "our").

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, without giving a reason.

2. Returns Process

1. Notify us by email at support@stoky.me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel or return your order.
2. We will provide you with return instructions (please do not return items before contacting us).
3. Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

5. Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable under UK law unless faulty:

• Perishable goods
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Digital products once download/access has begun
• Sealed goods (such as hygiene or health products) that have been unsealed after delivery

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@stoky.me within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
